NICU & ANTS Open Afternoon
The Rosie Maternity Hospital, Cambridge
Over 5,000 babies are born each year at the Rosie Hospital. Many families benefit from its 120 maternity and women’s beds; the Acute Neonatal Transfer Service (ANTS) and some babies receive incredible life-saving treatment at the hands of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
You are invited to NICU and ANTS’ second Open Afternoon, hosted by Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT).
Come and find out more about the impact charity funds have had on these incredible hospital departments and hear about how we need your vital support to continue making a difference. See how critical equipment such as Sim Dollys, laryngoscopes and incubators are used in the daily fight to care for fragile babies with life-threatening conditions.
Take the opportunity to meet the teams and perhaps share a cake with those special individuals that helped your family when you needed it most.
The afternoon will be an opportunity to learn about our campaign to ensure that all babies have access to ANTS and that NICU is able to give every baby a fighting chance, in the nicest possible environment for families
Children are very welcome.
Please note this is a ticketed event.
