How the Cambridgeshire business community can help transform surgery at Addenbrooke’s
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) would like to invite businesses and organisations across the region to come together and discover how a new surgical robot would transform surgery at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and how you can join The Robot Collective.
Join us to hear from Ekpemi Irune, one of our fantastic Consultants working at Addenbrooke’s Hospital who will benefit from the new Robot along with a representative from a local Cambridgeshire organisation who have already joined The Robot Collective. They will share how partnering with ACT has benefited their organisation, supported their employee’s mental wellbeing and resulted in highly productive teams.
When the pandemic hit in March 2020, ACT with the incredible support of the local Cambridgeshire community raised an amazing total of £1.6 million to support the hospital. Addenbrooke’s is now recovering from the peak of Covid and ACT have launched a new appeal ‘Buy Addenbrooke’s a Surgical Robot’. The appeal aims to raise £1.5m in total calling upon the support of the community to help us purchase the new robot and give so many more patients the chance to benefit from this type of surgery.
At the event, we will share how you can join The Robot Collective and together, as the Cambridge business community, help ACT raise funds for the Robot enabling 25 patients to receive the gold standard of care.
Please send any questions you might have for Ekpemi Irune to firstname.lastname@example.org before the event. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions in the live chat box during the talk.
If you would like to attend, please register here for free.
We hope you can make it.
