Free Wills Service
We are delighted to offer ACT supporters the opportunity to write their will, or get an existing will amended, for free.
You are under no obligation to leave Addenbrooke’s a gift in your will, but we hope that after looking after loved ones, you will consider a gift. In doing so, you will leave a lasting legacy that will transform care for future generations.
How it works:
1. Get in contact with our Gifts in Wills Team on 01223 217757 or email wills@act4addenbrookes.org.uk.
2. We will pass your details to our partner the National Free Wills Network who will send you all the information you need including a list of six expert solicitors in your area to choose from.
3. You then have 90 days make an appointment with your chosen solicitor who will write your will in the usual way.
4. Once the will is completed, ACT pays the solicitor on your behalf at a discounted rate.
Please note, this offer applies to the writing of ‘simple wills’, in other words wills that do not deal with complex issues (such as assets overseas), and does include ‘mirror wills’ for couples.
Please do get in touch as soon as possible as appointments are limited.
If you would like to take part or have any questions, please get on touch with our Gifts in Wills Team on 01223 217757 or email wills@act4addenbrookes.org.uk.
